Shipping Policy

Lèonnore is committed to providing worldwide shipping for our customers. We use DHL as our preferred courier company for shipping. Please note that while Lèonnore covers the shipping costs, customs fees and VAT are excluded and may be incurred by the customer.

Products will be shipped on weekdays only. The estimated delivery time for products is 7-15 business days to the customer's designated delivery address, excluding any customs processing time that may be required.

For custom made products, which are produced based on the customer's specific needs and requests, the delivery time will be 1-3 months, including the production time. We appreciate your patience as we work to create a unique product tailored to your preferences.

Please be aware that express posts may provide estimated delivery dates that are slightly later than the actual delivery date, to account for any unforeseen emergencies. Rest assured that this means your product may arrive earlier than expected and there is no cause for alarm.

As our valued customer, you have the option to provide Lèonnore agents with a delivery address, or you can choose to pick up the product at your local office for added convenience.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to sign for the package. If there is no one available to sign for the package, the courier may attempt to deliver the package multiple times and will also try to contact the customer to arrange for a successful delivery.
