Shipping

Due to the nature of custom dress production, the delivery times may vary depending on the order volume. However, we typically allow up to 4 weeks for your dress to arrive, although it may take less time.

Free returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return your order for a refund on all eligible merchandise (Original shipping charges are non-refundable). Our return policy is effective for up to 30 days from when the order is fulfilled.
